FEES AND INSURANCE

  • I accept Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare, BlueCare, BlueAdvantage, HealthAdvocate EAP, Quantum EAP, Wellness 2000 EAP, New Directions EAP, Matrix EAP, TriWest, and self-pay for counseling sessions.

  • My self-pay fee for therapy sessions is set at $120 per 45 minute session for individuals and $140 for couples.

​

 

  • Payment methods I accept are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All fees, including copays and coinsurance, are due at time of service.
